Treyarch released a video discussing multiplayer features for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, which is set to launch on November 14 across multiple platforms. The video covers movement mechanics and confirms that remastered maps from Black Ops 2 will be included, with some previously unreleased remasters teased. Design director Matt Scronce indicated that maps like Yemen and Plaza may return in remastered form. The game will not include jet packs or wall-running mechanics, but instead features redefined omnimovement with a multi-jump function. Additionally, the Carry Forward program has been revised, with only double XP tokens and GobbleGums transferring from Black Ops 6.
